As our graphics programmer, you will drive and implement technical-creative-touches on every facet of the game. You will shape a performance optimised and visually striking world.   

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of graphics and rendering on PC and console

  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of computer science

  • Strong mathematical skills

  • Ability to create complex graphics and rendering solutions as required

  • Ability to manage your own time and work proactively

  • Able to adapt to new technologies and technical challenges

If you also have a passion for performance, then that would be a bonus.


  • Experience of full game cycle development in a similar role

  • Experience of analysing games and adding graphical and performance value

  • Experience of writing shaders in Unity and performance debugging tools

  • Experience with recent PC and console development
